PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA MANAJEMEN SDM UMKM DI KOTA KENDARI

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh teknologi informasi pada manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Kendari. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana implementasi teknologi informasi memodifikasi proses dan praktik manajemen SDM di UMKM. Studi ini melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap kasus-kasus spesifik UMKM di Kendari, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi berkontribusi signifikan dalam efisiensi proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, dan komunikasi internal. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penerapannya, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan sumber daya dan keahlian, penggunaan teknologi informasi secara efektif telah terbukti meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Studi ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang pentingnya integrasi teknologi informasi dalam strategi manajemen SDM di UMKM, khususnya di lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis seperti di Kendari. Temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi UMKM untuk mengadopsi strategi teknologi informasi yang lebih inovatif dan efisien dalam manajemen SDM, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan bisnisReferences
