JNKI (Jurnal Ners dan Kebidanan Indonesia), also known as the Indonesian Journal of Nursing and Midwifery (JNKI, p-ISSN 2354-7642, e-ISSN 2503-1856), is a peer-reviewed scientific journal in the fields of nursing and midwifery. The journal is published by the Department of Nursing and the Department of Midwifery, Faculty of Health Sciences, Alma Ata University, in collaboration with AIPNI (Association of Indonesian Nursing Education Institutions), AIPKIND (Association of Indonesian Midwifery Education Institutions), PPNI (Indonesian National Nurses Association), and IBI (Indonesian Midwives Association).
JNKI serves as a platform for the development, dissemination, and advancement of knowledge in nursing and midwifery. The journal is published four times a year, in March, June, September, and December, and accepts original manuscripts that have not been previously published. Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an editorial screening and a peer-review process. Based on the reviewers’ evaluations, the editorial board has the authority to accept, reject, or request revisions to the submitted manuscripts.
JNKI publishes original research articles and literature review articles that address current national and international issues and trends in nursing and midwifery. The journal’s focus and scope include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
