Author Guidelines for Inpharnmed Journal

Inpharnmed Journal (Indonesian Pharmacy and Natural Medicine Journal) welcomes original manuscripts in the fields of pharmacy, natural medicine, pharmacology, and related disciplines. Manuscripts may be submitted in Bahasa Indonesia. Authors are required to carefully read and comply with the journal’s editorial policies and publication ethics before submission. General Author Instructions

Manuscripts must present original research that has not been published previously or concurrently submitted elsewhere. Manuscripts presented at scientific meetings should be indicated with a footnote. Manuscripts should include the following sections: title, author(s) name(s), author affiliation(s), abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and recommendations, acknowledgments (if applicable), and references.

Manuscripts must be prepared according to the journal’s detailed writing guidelines and use the provided MS Word template. All submissions undergo a blind peer-review process by at least one expert reviewer. Editorial decisions on acceptance, revision, or rejection are based on reviewers’ recommendations.

Manuscripts not accepted for publication will not be returned unless specifically requested by the author. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their manuscripts.

Manuscript Preparation

The title should be concise, specific, and written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a maximum of 12 words in Bahasa and 10 words in English. Author names should be listed without academic degrees, with superscript numbers linking to institutional affiliations.

The corresponding author must be identified with contact details, including email and phone number.

Abstracts must be structured and written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, italicized, and contain 250–300 words summarizing background, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and keywords.

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted online via the Inpharnmed journal portal after registering as an author.

The submission process includes: Confirming submission checklists and copyright agreement, uploading the manuscript file using the journal’s naming conventions, entering detailed author metadata and manuscript title, abstract, and keywords. Optionally uploading supplementary files such as research instruments, datasets, or additional figures, confirming and completing the submission, Authors will receive an acknowledgment email and can track the status of their submission online.

Editorial Policies and Ethical Standards

Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Any overlap with previous work must be properly cited.

Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest and sources of financial support.

Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards, including approval by relevant ethics committees and informed consent where applicable.

Authors are expected to provide raw data upon editorial request and retain data for a reasonable period after publication.

Corrections or retractions will be handled in case of significant errors discovered post-publication.

Confidentiality and Peer Review

Manuscripts are treated as confidential documents during peer review.

Reviewers provide objective, constructive feedback without personal criticism.

Reviewers must disclose conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality of privileged information
