Publications Ethics

Literacy: The Journal of Educational Sciences focuses on the critical study of education and its science.

Author's Duties

The author should present the results of thought or research articles clearly, honestly, without plagiarism and data manipulation in accordance with journal templates literacy.

The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted on articles that have been written. The author must comply with the requirements of the publication of originality in the form of work, plagiarism-free, and has never published in other journals or publications before. The author should show references to the opinions and others works cited. The author should write the script or article ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific rules. Authors must not post / publish the same article to more than one journal or publication. The author does not mind if the article undergoes editing without altering the substance of the basic idea or article.

Editor's Task

The editor is responsible for determining the appropriate articles that will be published through editorial board meetings. The editor is guided by the editorial board's policy of the journal and is limited by applicable legal requirements relating to defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism.

In the process of receiving the article, the editor team uses the principle of equality of care. In the process of reviewing journal and publication decisions (articles), the editorial team is not an author of ethnicity, religion, race and group (SARA). Editor and editorial team will not disclose any information about the manuscript or articles that enter except with the author's permission. Manuscripts (articles) are not published in the current edition, if they meet the requirements and suit the scope of the journal Literacy will be published in the next edition. Manuscripts (articles) that are not within the scope of the Literacy journal will be returned to the author.

Viewer's Tasks

Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions about incoming manuscripts / articles:

-  Reviewer is responsible for the review recommendations

-  The review script is done objectively, and supported by a clear argument.

-  Reviewer is responsible for quotes, references and plagiarism in the articles reviewed.

-  Reviewer keeps confidential information for personal gain.
