Peer Review Process

  1. Initial Evaluation (Desk Evaluation) Each submitted manuscript will first be reviewed by the Editor.. At this stage, the manuscript will undergo an internal evaluation to assess the following criteria:
    • The alignment of the manuscript’s topic with the journal’s focus and scope.
    • The similarity score as assessed using Turnitin with a maximum similarity index of 20%.
    • The readability of the manuscript and the presence or absence of fundamental methodological errors.
    • Compliance with the journal’s manuscript template.
  2. Submission to Reviewer (Double-Blind Peer Review) Manuscripts that pass the initial evaluation will be sent to two independent reviewers anonymously (the authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities). The review process lasts for 2 weeks by the reviewers. Authors are prohibited from withdrawing articles during the review process by signing the question above the stamp. If the author requests to withdraw the manuscript after it has been sent to peer review, the author is required to pay an Administrative Fee Replacement of USD 25 / IDR 350,000. This fee covers the time spent by the secretariat and editor.
  3. Revisions by the Note Writer and feedback from the reviewers will be forwarded to the Corresponding Author for follow-up and response (author response). The time required by the author to revise is 1 week.
  4. Editorial Meeting & Final Decision The editorial team will hold a meeting to evaluate the manuscript that has been revised by the author in order to formulate the final decision (accepted, revise again, or rejected).
  5. Editor's Decision Notification will convey the editorial board's official decision to the Corresponding Author.
  6. Publication (Production) Manuscripts that are accepted will proceed to the language editing (copyediting) and layout editing stages to produce a final draft that is camera-ready.
