SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN DAN PENERIMAAN PIUTANG BERBASIS WEB PADA PT SOLUSI SAYUR BERSAMA

Abstract

PT. Solusi Sayur Bersama menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam penyusunan laporan penjualan dan piutang, antara lain sering terjadi revisi akibat kesalahan informasi jumlah, harga jual, dan duplikasi nomor dokumen, yang mengakibatkan penyusunan laporan memakan banyak waktu. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services). Dalam merancang aplikasi web ini digunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language), dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan framework Laravel serta JavaScript. Basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL dengan phpMyAdmin sebagai manajemen basis data, dan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi penjualan dan penerimaan piutang ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah Admin Penjualan dan Staf AR dalam menghasilkan laporan yang akurat dengan cepat, serta mendukung evaluasi dalam pengendalian internal oleh pimpinan berdasarkan laporan penjualan dan piutang.
