Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Keterlibatan Kerja (Work Engagement) Guru Selama Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di SDN Karangmojo Yogyakarta

Abstract


Perubahan model pembelajaran yang berlangsung secara cepat selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dapat menjadikan para guru lebih rentan mengalami berbagai gangguan kesehatan mental sehingga semangat dan kinerja mereka menurun. Seorang kepala sekolah berperan penting sebagai leader untuk memberikan keyakinan dan perilaku kepada bawahan agar daat mencapai ranah motivasi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap keterlibatan kerja di SD N Karangmojo, Bantul Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut. Instrumen pengumpulan data diadaptasi dari TLS-Transformation Leadership Survey dan Utrecht UWES-Work Engagement Scale.  Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi yang dilakukan, diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 12,933 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,00 > 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap keterlibatan kerja para guru.
