AUDIT INFRASTRUKTUR TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI BERBASIS ITIL V.3 DOMAIN SERVICE DESIGN I PADA SIPMAS DI LPPM IT TELKOM PURWOKERTO

Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) adalah payung institusi bagi Pusat Penelitian (Puslit) dan Pusat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM). Sebagai lembaga yang menaungi Puslit dan PPM maka LPPM mengemban tugas serta mengorganisasi pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Disamping itu LPPM juga bergerak dalam lingkup pengembangan manajemen data dan informasi bagi pimpinan Institut dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan kelembagaan. Pada LPPM IT Telkom Purwokerto memiliki suatu Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Masyarakat (SIPMAS).
Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Masyarakat (SIPMAS) adalah sistem informasi yang mengelola pengaduan masyarakat pada lembaga pelayanan pengabdian masyarakat di IT Telkom Purwokerto. SIPMAS sebagai salah satu sarana pelayanan civitas akademika harus memiliki tingkat kematangan yang tinggi. Namun pada sistem ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan dalam memberikan pelayan. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut kita dapat mengukur kematangan tersebut dengan melakukan proses audit. Standar yang banyak digunakan oleh organisasi bertaraf internasional sebagai framework proses audit adalah Standar Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V.3. Penelitian ini, melakukan audit Sistem Informasi Pengabdian Masyarakat (SIPMAS), dari sisi Infrastruktur dengan domain service design. Proses penilaiannya, dilakukan dengan menggunakan service maturity framework. Hasil pengukuran nilai kematangan pada SIPMAS di LPPM IT Telkom Purwokerto secara keseluruhan berada pada level 3 yaitu defined.
