PENERAPAN METODE AHP DAN MFEP DALAM MENENTUKAN PEMILIHAN KOS HARIAN UNTUK WISATAWAN DI DAERAH SLEMAN

Tingginya wisatawan untuk datang ke jogjakarta sangatlah tinggi. Seiringnya banyaknya wisata yang ada di jogja maka semakin banyak penginapan pula. Oleh karena itu, penginapan merupakan bagian terpenting bagi wisatawan. Berbagai macam penginapan yang ditawarkan baik harga maupun fasilitas yang akan didapatkannya. Kos harian merupakan salah satu penginapan yang cukup diminati dikarenakan biaya lebih murah daripada hotel. Akibat banyaknya kos harian di Jogjakarta khususnya Sleman membuat wisatawan bingung mau menginap di kos yang mana. Adapun faktor sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan delapan kriteria yaitu lokasi, fasilitas kamar, fasilitas umum, harga dan kebijakan, keamanan, fleksibilitas reservasi, ulasan dan reputasi, dan kenyamanan serta kebersihan. Dari hasil kuisioner yang dibagikan ke 150 penghuni kos harian di daerah Sleman di analisis menggunakan metode AHP dan MFEP. Metode AHP digunakan untuk mencari prioritas bobot kriteria sedangkan MFEP untuk perangkingan. Hasil akhir weighted evaluation dan perangkingan diperoleh nilai 0,5543980364 yang dimiliki oleh alternatif A24.
