SISTEM PAKAR PENENTUAN JUMLAH KALORI PROGRAM DIET BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING (Studi kasus : RSA UGM Yogyakarta)

Diet is to adjust the diet according to the number of calories needed, dieting can be done to gain weight, and maintaining weight is not only losing weight.
Therefore, calculations are needed to find out the calories needed by each human according to the criteria to be calculated, to make it easier to calculate daily calorie needs, calorie calculations are made web-based to facilitate calculations and implementation Forward chaining method.
Hasil yang diharapkan dari sistem ini dapat membantu dalam menentukan jumlah asupan kalori yang tepat untuk kebutuhan.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah:
1. Metode forward chaining terbukti efektif dalam menangani penentuan jumlah kalori berdasarkan aktivitas yang dilakukan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan sistem untuk secara sistematis mengidentifikasi kebutuhan kalori harian.
2. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi kalori berdasarkan informasi yang diberikan oleh pengguna, sehingga dapat membantu dalam mencapai tujuan diet secara lebih efektif dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti tingkat aktivitas fisik, berat badan, tinggi badan, usia serta jenis kelamin.
3. Selama proses penerapan penerapan sistem pakar penentuan jumlah kalori program diet berbasis web dengan metode forward chaining, dilakukan perancangan sistem ini dan pembuatan database untuk memastikan bahwa semua data terkait dapat diintegrasikan dan disimpan dalam database.
4. Penelitian menghasilkan pembuatan website yang dapat mengetahui status gizi dan kebutuhan kalori pada orang dewasa 17 – 45 tahun.References
