EVALUASI TINGKAT KESIAPAN PENGGUNA SISTEM SINGLE SIGN ON PADA PORTAL UNIVERSITAS ALMA ATA MENGGUNAKAN METODE TECHNOLOGY READINESS INDEX (TRI)

Portal UAA merupakan sistem informasi terpadu bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi kegiatan akademik. Pengaksesan Portal UAA sering terjadi kendala dalam menginput password, sehingga diterapkan sistem single sign on untuk mengakses layanan mengunakan akun yang sama dan dapat meminimalisir resiko keamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesiapan pengguna dalam menerima dan menggunakan sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA, dengan mengunakan metode technology readiness index (TRI). Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2018-2020 pengguna Portal UAA sehingga memperoleh sebanyak 231 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 50 responden dengan Teori Roscoe sebagai sampel dalam pengujian instrumen dan hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa optimism dan insecurity mempengaruhi secara signifikan kesiapan teknologi sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA. Sedangkan innovativeness dan discomfort mempengaruhi secara tidak signifikan kesiapan teknologi sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA.References
