Evaluasi Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Menggunakan Framework COBIT 5 Domain EDM Pada Yayasan Bina Darma Salatiga

Yayasan Bina Darma ada karena keinginan yang kuat untuk mengembangkan semangat generasi muda Kristen yang ada di Indonesia agar dapat membentuk, meningkatkan, dan membangkitkan jiwa kepemimpinan yang berpikiran kritis. Untuk mencapai strategi dan tujuan yayasan, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi tata kelola TI dengan pengukuran capability level. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata kelola TI yang ada pada yayasan dan dilakukan evaluasi dari temuan yang didapat untuk menjadi acuan perbaikan kinerja organisasi di masa mendatang. Observasi dan wawancara dengan mendatangi secara langsung tempat penelitian merupakan cara yang digunakan penulis dalam mendapatkan informasi dan data. Penggunaan framework COBIT 5 domain EDM diharapkan dapat membantu mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dengan penggunaan framework COBIT 5 domain EDM menunjukan hasil capability level saat ini pada Yayasan Bina Darma ada di level 1 (Performed Process) terlihat dari proses TI yang ada pada yayasan telah berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan. Kedepannya untuk perkembangan Yayasan Bina Darma diinginkan adanya peningkatan dari level yang telah didapat sekarang dan diberikan beberapa rekomendasi yang sekiranya dapat membantu dan digunakan oleh yayasan untuk mencapai level targetnya yang berapa pada level 2 (Managed Process).References
