EVALUASI USABILITY SISTEM INFORMASI PAYMENT GATEWAY CV ADIKARA PAYMENT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat usability pada sistem informasi payment gateway pada CV Adikara Payment, dan memberikan usulan perbaikan terhadap variabel yang bernilai rendah agar terjadi peningkatan penggunaan sistem.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Adikara Payment. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dokumentasi, data sekunder, observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif.
Berdasarkan hasil riset penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tingkat usability dengan responden baik adalah sebesar 50 orang (63,2%), dan usability dengan responden cukup baik adalah sebesar 30 orang (37,5%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa payment gateway pada CV Adikara Payment sudah memenuhi kriteria sebagai website yang baik. Berdasarkan data hasil analisis, nilai cukup baik sebesar 37,5% perlu dilakukan perbaikan guna mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik seperti perbaikan notifikasi transaksi, user guide, dan sub sistem voucher.
